Inside Out Physiotherapy – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Inside Out Physiotherapy. If you are not completely

satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used medical products, braces,

supports, pumps, clamps, or consumable items (e.g. creams, gels, tapes, personal care items).

If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may return it within 14

days of receiving your order.

 

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days

of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.

We may ask for photos or to return the product for inspection.

 

3. How to Return an Item

Please email admin@insideoutphysio.co.nz with your order number, details of the product, and

reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect).

 

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

5. Exclusions

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used medical and hygiene products

• Pumps, clamps, braces, supports

• Perishable or consumable items

• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
